Media hoarding ephemera combine with the handiworks to create a net, a web, a collapsed sail; a dual personality, social enclosures woven together in a mapping of the Jekyll & Hyde syndrome symptomatic of the structural instability.

Repetitive nature of the collection of source material and the constructive process betray patterns of self-destruction and rebirth. The individual is strategically concealing and revealing, inhabiting the role of predator and prey simultaneously.

Are historic rhythms immutable? Who is our mother, our father? How far can we move before we are compelled to return to the sea? When are we the spider and when are we the fly?
